Job: Lead Archaeologist (Permit Holder or experienced Field Director)
Core Heritage Consulting Ltd.
|Location||Cranbrook, Columbia Valley (Invermere area), or Golden, BC|
POSTED TO JOB BOARD ON: 06-JAN-2021
Core is a rapidly-growing company providing archaeological and heritage consulting services within the southeastern (Kootenay) region of BC. We’re pretty new (2017) and we’re pretty small (3 permanent staff), and we have an established and growing book of clients, including municipalities, provincial and federal infrastructure developers, foresters, miners, and private land developers. If going solo feels too risky, and working for a corporate behemoth feels too…corporate, our bowl of porridge may be just right for you.
Our Goldilocks is an experienced BC Interior Plateau Permit Holding Archaeologist (or an experienced Field Director that is close to permit holding eligibility). This is a full-time position beginning in May 2021, with the possibility of immediate remote work on an as-needed basis. You won’t find a long list of duties here, because you’re experienced! You know what the job takes.
