Terra Archaeology Limited (Terra) is a mid-size professional archaeological services company that operates 5 regional offices in British Columbia. Terra recently celebrated its 20th anniversary and has a diverse and growing client base including First Nations, federal and provincial government agencies, private sector corporations, and private landowners. We are looking to build capacity in our Kamloops office location and require archaeologists who can take initiative, be proactive, apply professional judgment, and who thrive working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Terra is looking for Field Directors, or close to qualified Field Directors, to assist with leading archaeological field programs and managing projects. Terra is committed to working with successful candidates to provide the experience and mentorship to be an HCA Permit Holder in British Columbia. Tasks include, but are not limited to, project scoping, proposal writing, fieldwork, permit reporting, artifact analysis, and liaising with First Nations and clients. The position is both office and field based out of Kamloops.
